If you would like to access the members area of our website, we will collect information to recognise you as a member so you can login.

If you attend a NAPDUK event, we will collect information to support the registration process to allow CPD certificates to be issued.

The following questions and answers explain when and how personal information is collected and used.

What personal information does NAPDUK collect?

NAPDUK will collect personal details such as your name and email address along with your GDC registration number and the secure facility at which you work, if appropriate.  We will collect this information if you:

  • register for membership
  • register to attend a NAPDUK event such as our annual conference

Does NAPDUK share my personal information?

The information we collect from you is confidential to NAPDUK and is not sold, rented or shared with any other organisations.

Is my personal information secure?

Safeguarding the information you give us is a priority.  We take appropriate security precautions to protect your information against loss, misuse, unauthorised access, alteration or disclosure.

How long is my information retained?

Information collected as the result of membership is kept as long as you remain a member and can be deleted if you wish to end your membership.

Information collected as the result of registering for a NAPDUK event is kept for a 5-year period to fulfill our obligations for CPD certification.
